General Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply to every request for and use of BProQA AI ZZP Assistant. They apply in addition to the Software Licence, the Introductory Free Access Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Notice and the Product Scope document.

2. Business use only

The product is supplied for business use by independent professionals. By requesting access you confirm you act for business purposes and not as a consumer.

3. Access process

• ·requests are reviewed manually; access is not instant;
• ·a free GitHub account is required;
• ·BProQA may refuse or withdraw a request without stating reasons;
• ·invitations are personal and may not be transferred.

4. Your responsibilities

• ·you review every draft before using or submitting it;
• ·you remain responsible for your records, filings, payments and deadlines;
• ·you keep your own backups of your workspace;
• ·you involve an appropriately qualified specialist in complex or uncertain cases.

5. Changes

BProQA may update the product and these terms. Material changes, including pricing changes, are communicated in advance by email or on this website.

6. Support

Support is provided by email at ai_zzp_assistant@bproqa.nl on a best-effort basis during Dutch business days. No response times are guaranteed during introductory access.

7. Governing law

Dutch law applies. The competent court is in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
