2. What we process

• ·access request: name, business email, GitHub username, preferred environment, business type;
• ·consent evidence: business-use confirmation, accepted document versions, language, timestamp;
• ·optional marketing consent;
• ·website analytics: aggregated, cookie-based measurement only after your consent.

3. What we do not process

• ·your invoices, receipts, bank data or workspace content — these stay in the workspace you control;
• ·payment-card data;
• ·product telemetry: the current release sends none to BProQA.

4. Purpose and legal basis

• ·reviewing and granting access — performance of a contract and legitimate interest;
• ·keeping acceptance evidence — legal obligation and legitimate interest;
• ·product update emails — your consent, withdrawable at any time;
• ·analytics — your consent.

5. Processors and vendors

The following categories of processors are used: website hosting and form handling, managed database and transactional email delivery, GitHub for private repository access, and Google Analytics for consent-based website measurement. Data may be processed inside and outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

• ·access requests and acceptance evidence: retained while access is active and for up to 7 years afterwards where required;
• ·marketing consent records: until withdrawal plus statutory evidence periods;
• ·analytics: according to the configured Google Analytics retention.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent, via ai_zzp_assistant@bproqa.nl. You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Disclaimer

BProQA AI ZZP Assistant is software for administration support and preparation. It is not an accountant, AA, RA, auditor, tax adviser, filing service or assurance service. The user remains responsible for records, decisions, filings, payments and deadlines.
