Software Licence and End-User Licence Agreement

1. Provider

The software is licensed, not sold, by:

2. Licence grant

BProQA grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the software in a workspace you select and control, for your own business administration.

3. Restrictions

• ·no redistribution, resale, sublicensing or publication of the software or its files;
• ·no removal or alteration of licence, copyright or attribution notices;
• ·no reverse engineering except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
• ·no sharing of private-repository access with third parties;
• ·no use to build or train a competing product.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights in the software remain with Olha Narbut, trading as BProQA. Your administration data remains yours.

5. Distribution and access

Access is delivered manually through a private, organisation-owned GitHub repository after review of your request. Access may be suspended or withdrawn if these terms are breached.

6. No warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of correctness, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Outputs are drafts for your review.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BProQA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed deadlines, penalties, incorrect filings or lost data. Mandatory Dutch consumer and statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Term and termination

The licence runs until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the software and remove it from your workspace.

9. Governing law

Dutch law applies. The competent court is in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
