Product Scope

1. What the product is

• ·software for administration support and bookkeeping preparation;
• ·a conversational assistant running in a host you choose: Claude, Codex or GitHub Copilot;
• ·a preparer of drafts, working papers and reports you review;
• ·operating inside a workspace you select and control.

2. What the product is not

• ·not an accountant, AA, RA, auditor, tax adviser or filing service;
• ·not an assurance, review or audit service;
• ·not a hosted SaaS workspace and not a BProQA-hosted administration database;
• ·not an official or endorsed integration of any AI-platform provider;
• ·not a guarantee of correct or error-free records or returns.

3. Supported scope

• ·documents: invoices, receipts and supporting evidence inventory;
• ·daily administration: completeness checks and bank reconciliation proposals;
• ·VAT: preparation of working papers, including zero-value portal boxes;
• ·financial reports: profit and loss, balance overview, exports;
• ·year-end: period close, lock and IB business-profit preparation;
• ·workspace management: structure, archiving and exports.

4. Out of scope

• ·BV, stichting or complex group structures;
• ·payroll or employees;
• ·complex international VAT registrations;
• ·legal or tax disputes;
• ·complex inventory administration;
• ·professional opinion, review or assurance;
• ·fully autonomous administration without user verification.

5. Control and confirmation

Consequential actions require your explicit confirmation. There is no automatic filing and no payment is executed by the product.
