Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted use

• ·preparing your own business administration;
• ·preparing working papers you review before use;
• ·exporting your own files and reports.

2. Prohibited use

• ·sharing repository access or licence files with third parties;
• ·using the product to prepare or submit knowingly incorrect records or filings;
• ·processing data you have no lawful basis to process;
• ·presenting product output as professional accountancy, audit, assurance or tax advice;
• ·attempting to bypass confirmation steps or safety checks;
• ·automated bulk use that circumvents human review;
• ·any unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity.

3. Enforcement

BProQA may suspend or withdraw access immediately if this policy is breached, and may report unlawful activity to competent authorities.

4. Reporting

Report suspected abuse or a security issue to ai_zzp_assistant@bproqa.nl.
