Terms & Conditions

BProQA provides quality engineering consulting, private 1-on-1 sessions, team workshops, and implementation or mentoring engagements. The scope, duration and price of each service are as described on this website or in a written proposal.

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a calendar invitation and a Google Meet link. Bookings are made at least 10 days in advance unless agreed otherwise. Sessions take place online unless explicitly arranged on site.

Prices are stated per session or per participant and exclude VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Free workshop pre-registration carries no payment obligation and no guaranteed seat until confirmed.

• You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the session.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be invoiced in full.
• If BProQA must cancel, you are offered a new slot or a full refund of any amount paid.

To make a session useful, you provide timely access to the information, systems or repositories agreed in advance, and ensure the right people attend. Delays caused by missing access do not extend the session.

Anything shared during an engagement — code, architecture, metrics, roadmaps — is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties or used in public material without your written permission. A separate NDA can be signed on request.

Training material, templates and frameworks created by BProQA remain the property of BProQA, and you receive a non-exclusive right to use them internally. Deliverables built specifically for you within a paid engagement belong to you once the invoice is paid.

Recommendations are professional advice, not a guarantee of a specific business outcome. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the engagement concerned, and BProQA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
